1. Returns & Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging, including manuals and accessories.
- Due to the nature of our products (health/training devices), any item that has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used LungTrainers® devices.
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the product was received defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
6. How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
